About the Course

CA Foundation is the entry-level examination for the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course, conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). It serves as the first step for students aspiring to become Chartered Accountants, building a strong base in accounting, law, and business principles.

Subjects of Study

The CA Foundation syllabus comprises four papers:

  • Paper 1: Principles and Practice of Accounting
  • Paper 2: Business Laws and Business Correspondence & Reporting
  • Paper 3: Business Mathematics, Logical Reasoning & Statistics
  • Paper 4: Business Economics & Business and Commercial Knowledge

Eligibility

  • Must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) from any recognized board.
  • Students can register provisionally after appearing for Class 12 exams.

Registration Fees

₹9,000 (Payable directly to ICAI).

Registration Cutoff

Four months prior to the month of the examination.

Coaching Duration

4 months of structured coaching, including classes, mock tests, and full syllabus coverage.
